ADT counts are also known as "Link Counts". This is a count on along any street that links two intersections. Newport Traffic Studies performs all these counts on a 15 minute basis and creates the presentation forms shown below.

We believe the way you present the data is as important as the data itself. Note on the 24 hour count page that the hourly volume is placed between the times listed eliminating the guess as to whether the time is the hour begining or ending. Also note on the peak hour page that we show you the peak information for each direction as well as the total count. we also show you the percent of total traffic and the peak hour factor saving you time since you do not have to calculate them yourself. It should be noted the the peak hour analysis for each direction and the total may have different peak times.

This information is also quite valuable for the Commercial Real Estate Professional. It can help determine the value of the adjacent property for either sale or lease.
